AI Evidence Record Fields
Select the relevant AI use cases, start with unchecked items and record where supporting evidence can be found. Add an owner and date, then export Markdown/JSON or print. Checking an item records your assessment rather than independent verification.
Quick reference
| Record field | Meaning | Review |
|---|---|---|
| Use case | Selected area of review | Select only relevant areas and document operator roles separately. |
| Item | Evidence to prepare | A recommendation to support review, not a verified legal obligation list. |
| Checked | Your assessment of availability | Starts false; no automatic completion or certification. |
| Owner | Person or team responsible | Optional free text; review before sharing. |
| Date | Evidence/review date | Record a meaningful date, rather than treating export time as implementation time. |
| Reference | Document, version or internal reference | Stored as text in the tab; no file upload or automatic URL access. |
| Markdown / JSON / text / print | Exports for your records | Selected items retain their status and metadata. Nothing is saved automatically. |
Scope and limitsPractical evidence suggestions do not establish a complete legal evidence list. Preserve a scope statement and verify applicability. No items are pre-checked or independently validated.

Questions
Can I check every item and treat the result as an audit?
No. The tool does not inspect files, test your runtime or validate evidence. Its items are preparation suggestions and may be incomplete or inapplicable to your actual system.
Are project inputs uploaded or saved?
No. These Utilumo tools keep inputs and generated records in browser memory. Download your work before closing or reloading the tab. Hosting the website itself still involves normal network requests.
