DPP Data Mapper
Map product data and retain its sources locally.
DPP data preparation
Map local supplier data into a Utilumo working format, review every mapping, and correct product values.
Both profiles are nonstandard preparation aids. This tool does not create or certify a compliant Digital Product Passport. Required fields are Utilumo working-profile checks.
Drop a supplier data file
Import one CSV, XLSX or flat JSON file. Review mappings before generating working data.
2 MiB maximum · 1,000 products · 40 columns · 4,000 characters per cell
Formats and limits
One file at a time: UTF-8 CSV (comma, semicolon or tab), XLSX (up to 10 sheets), or a flat JSON object/array. Maximum 1,000 products, 40 columns, 4,000 characters per cell, 20 preamble rows and 2 MiB file size. XLSX ZIP archives are limited to 200 entries and 12 MiB declared expanded contents; worksheet positions stop at row 1,021 and column AN. Formulas are never executed; XLSX uses saved values, which may be stale or absent. Numeric display formatting is not retained: store IDs as text to preserve leading zeroes. No PDF extraction or automatic joins. JSON and CSV exports retain original values and provenance; CSV prefixes formula-like values with an apostrophe.
Questions
Does this create an official digital product passport?
No. It structures product data for preparation. Hosting, identifiers, access rights and applicable product-specific requirements still need a separate implementation.
Can I change mappings and correct values?
Yes. Review suggested columns, ignore irrelevant mappings, confirm them, then correct values or supply missing information. Original source locations remain attached.
Are certificates verified?
No. A certificate field or reference is recorded as supplied data; its presence does not verify authenticity or legal sufficiency.
Where can I check the applicable rules?
Use the official sources linked in Learn and Reference. Applicable requirements depend on the product, AI system, operator role and actual use.
